You need to just put the bread at the beginning of the ramp, the machine will move them forward and cut it with help of 10 different speed programs according to your needs. The tougher and thicker the bread is produced and the longer it’s baked, the higher the speed must be set. The machine averages around 900 slices per hour, depending on the speed and the bread. This machine is designed for bakeries, patisseries, hotels, and large kitchens.

• The machine has different height options for the top conveyor belt. The higher the bread is, the higher need to be the belt otherwise the bread will be torn or squished. You can adjust it manually by scrolling the round black lever located at the top of the machine.
• All the surfaces like knives are made of materials suitable for food production, such as hygienic stainless steel. Optionally per request the blades can be coated with teflon for a longer sharpness life span. Ramp length is 1m long and it is detachable for implementing the machine in a conveyer.
