Atra horizontal cake slicing machine is made to cut cakes and other dough products like hamburger buns. You need just to put the dough product on the beginning of the moving band and the machine will cut it with the help of 10 different speed programs. This machine is designed for medium and big cake factories.

• It can separate your product into 2 or more pieces.  It is recommended to use with a maximum of 3 blades for best efficiency.• The thickness of the slices and the height of the upper pressing band can be adjusted manually by scrolling the round black lever located at the top of the machine.
• All the surfaces like knives are made of materials suitable for food production, such as hygienic stainless steel.The slicer will be slicing cakes with a stable speed, so you’ll receive a high-quality and evenly cut cake.
