Atra Spiral mixer with mobile bowl provides to mix the dough in a short time. You will get a homogenate dough mixture by using less flour. Our spiral mixer will be taking care of saving your time and energy. You will need to just setup the exact kneading time, and it will work more silently than the previous models until the end of the mixing program. The temperature is controlled by an indicator built into the spiral hook. The mobile bowl together with the lifting-tilting machine will save up time with pouring out the dough into the hopper of the dough divider. One mobile bowl is included, and more can be purchased upon request.

• The machine has a new digital control panel. It includes thermometer, turn the bowl left/right, turn spiral hook left/right, 1-2 speed control, timer, and a mixing head up/down button.
• The double positioned motor gives the mixer two different speeds. You will be able to setup a different time for each speed for the exact needed dough mixing process. One motor is responsible for the spiral hook and the other for the bowl.
• The mixer will be kneading the dough with a stable speed, so you’ll receive a dough with which you can surprise the customer with the quality of your bread or other products.
• All the surfaces (bowl, spiral hook, scraping knife etc.) are made of materials suitable for food production, such as hygienic stainless steel.
• The customer has a choice between 160kg and 250kg capacity models. Each model has their own suitable size of bowls.
• Our machines are working more quietly with our new belt pulley system. We install a rubber belt instead of a metal chain for more quiet operation.
